We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team, supporting operations at automotive and fleet service facilities across various locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in industrial Equipment maintenance, electrical systems, hydraulics, compressed air systems, lubrication equipment, and mechanical troubleshooting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), construction, inspections, piping and product application. Candidates with military experience or industrial backgrounds are encouraged to apply. The position requires excellent customer service skills, analysis capabilities, and the ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
Duties
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment and systems at client sites.
Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues using schematics, multimeters (ohmmeters, ammeters), and other diagnostic tools.
Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders and maintenance activities efficiently.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation of machinery and equipment.
Diagnose high voltage and low voltage electrical problems; perform repairs adhering to safety standards.
Operate scissor lifts and other industrial equipment safely to access elevated or hard-to-reach areas.
Support technical sales by providing expert advice on system upgrades or modifications when required.
Follow safety protocols related to stored energy systems, welding ( welding), and other industrial processes.
Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance procedures accurately.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and team members during service visits.
Assist in training new team members or clients on equipment operation when necessary.
Qualifications
Proven experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing facilities or similar environments.
Electrical knowledge including high voltage, low voltage systems, and the use of diagnostic tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters.
Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), Compressed air systems, hydraulics, welding ( welding), and mechanical troubleshooting.
Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance management.
Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and mechanical diagrams accurately.
Valid driver's license; ability to operate scissor lifts and other industrial equipment safely.
Excellent analysis skills with a focus on problem-solving under pressure.
Strong communication skills in English for effective customer interaction and documentation purposes.
Industrial electrician experience or military background in related technical roles is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently in diverse environments while maintaining high safety standards. This position is integral to maintaining operational excellence across our customers sites by ensuring machinery functions efficiently and safely through expert troubleshooting and maintenance practices.

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
