INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT MECHANIC

works at customer sites in a shop environment. Responsible for troubleshooting electro-mechanical problems, installations, and performing unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance on forklift/equipment.

Training:

Training provided to become a Raymond Certified Technician from Basic Certified, Level 1, Level 2, and Master Certified.

Skills, personal characteristics:

Mechanical / electrical aptitude Effectively use volt, ohm and multimeters, operate personal hand tools, grinders, pressers, forklift, hoists, overhead cranes Read and interpret schematics and manuals Customer focused, professional communication skills. Work independently and as a team member Sense of urgency with commitment to achieving success Working knowledge of personal computers, familiarity with cellphone, internet and email functions. Must be able to enter data accurately. Good driving record

Responsibilities:

Analyze breakdowns of customer equipment and recommend action to correct Complete major repairs and overhaul industrial forklift equipment Perform scheduled maintenance on forklift / industrial equipment Provide superior customer service
