As a Field Service Technician IV, you will be using your skills and expertise to perform a variety of maintenance and technical support on our products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations. You\'ll be responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and modifying our products and updating and tracking the status of all field related equipment. You\'ll build and maintain effective relationships with our customers and provide them with onsite training.

The Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) business area provides affordable, turn-key command/control, communications, integrated ISR, force protection and security solutions worldwide. The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains \xe2\x80\x93 air, land, sea, space and cyber.

Must-haves:

• Associate\'s degree in a related field and typically 4 or more years of relevant experience
• A higher-level degree may substitute for experience
• Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
• Ability to understand and interpret basic technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publications
• Progressive experience using troubleshooting techniques
• Thorough understanding of electrical wiring concepts
• Ability to deploy for a minimum of 90 days to various OCONUS operating locations.
• Hands-on experience with wireless networks, tactical communications and personal computers
• Communication and customer interface skills
• Thorough understanding of system level maintenance of networks and communications systems
• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain Poly CI

Preferred:

• Working knowledge of operating military units and logistics
• Familiarity with the network and integration of traditional communications systems and sensors
• Ability to read schematics, use service manuals, follow test procedures, and use logical trouble shooting techniques.
• Experience with RF, vehicle installation and maintenance procedures
• Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, Government, or US Military
• Leadership experience in the military or civilian organization
