An international supplier of industrial equipment is currently searching for a motivated

Field Service Technician

to support their operations to the north of the Delaware, Ohio area. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with field service and familiarity with the installation and repair of industrial machinery. This is a full-time, direct hire position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Field Service Technician Responsibilities Include:

Conduct preventative, general, and emergency maintenance on equipment and machinery (CNC machinery, machine tooling, manufacturing automation systems, etc.) onsite at customer locations Troubleshoot PLC and related electrical systems Provide remote / virtual support to customers via phone and email as needed Tracking of tool and material inventory Creation of maintenance activity reports for upper management Other duties as assigned

Field Service Technician Requirements Include:

High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and clean driving record is required Previous familiarity with industrial maintenance and PLC system wiring / troubleshooting Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating, and maintenance documents Good communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment Strong problem-solving skills and time management ability This position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, lift in excess of 50 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.*
