IGT is seeking a Field Service Technician I to support our Rhode Island operations, providing hands-on technical support and customer-focused service across the gaming floor at Twin River Casino in Lincoln. In this highly dynamic role, you'll be part of the on-site support team responsible for keeping the gaming floor running at its best. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain gaming machines while also assisting guests and collaborating with casino staff to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience.
