REQUIRED: this client is specifically seeking candidates with at least 4 years of experience in the US military with a Mechanical/Electrical MOS

Diesel technicians, heavy equipment mechanics, aircraft technicians

Must be skilled with diagnostics, schematics, and 480V systems.

Korn Ferry Military Division has partnered with our client on their search for a Field Service Technician in Erlanger KY. Role is 90% in the field with real-time troubleshooting - local travel only, home nightly

Compensation: $28.00-38.00/hour base

(+ OT, potential $2,000 quarterly bonus ($8K/year), + quarterly safety bonus + company vehicle + gas card, $2,500 interest-free tool loan.)

What You Will Do:

Diagnose, repair and maintain a variety of industrial equipment. Perform maintenance on newer battery-powered equipment, as well as traditional diesel and gasoline industrial machinery; conduct diagnostics to identify equipment malfunctions; troubleshoot issues. Interpret schematics, drawings, and technical manuals related to forklifts and other various construction equipment. Will conduct preventative maintenance and inspections; address any issues as needed. Communicate repair needs, provide estimates, and explain completed work to customers. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensure satisfaction and work with professionalism at all times. Maintain a clean and professional service van; report maintenance needs promptly.

Education and Work Experience:

Must have at least

4 years of Active Duty US Military

experience (

Mechanical/Electrical MOS

required) Strong knowledge of

machine diagnostics, schematics, and technical drawings

required Electrical candidates highly preferred (120-480v) Personable and professional demeanor, excellent customer service acumen Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Availability to work overtime, including occasional emergency service or weekend callouts
