Field Service Technician

and help power the casino experience from behind the scenes!

You'll be the go-to problem solver across several local properties--servicing ATMs, kiosks, slot machines, and more. From installations to maintenance and troubleshooting, your work keeps the fun flowing.###

What Will You Be Doing?

Deliver top-tier customer service while supporting Everi's products on-site at casinos Install, upgrade, and repair gaming and financial equipment Run diagnostics and resolve issues in the field Keep devices operating smoothly with proactive check-ins and maintenance Work both independently and as part of a supportive field team

Skills & Qualifications for the Job:

High School Diploma or GED Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License (Everi helps with the application) Availability for on-call shifts, including possible OT, weekends, evenings, and holidays A self-starter mindset--comfortable working solo after training, but collaborative when needed Basic Excel skills for paperwork and reports Ability to lift up to 75lbs Experience with hardware, networks, or troubleshooting technical equipment A passion for learning new systems and tech on the go

At IGT, we believe compensation should reflect you --your unique background, skills, experience, and even where you work. That's why the compensation range for this role is $24 - $27/per hour, with room to go higher or lower depending on the full picture. We also follow all local pay laws and collective bargaining agreements.
