Field Service Technician

Responsibilities Include:

Responsible for providing inspection, technical supports (maintenance, troubleshooting, installation) and training at customer's sites Travel to customer locations and prepare reports and compile data and conduct troubleshooting and maintenance Responsible for building closer relationship with sales and engineering department Intelligently communicate with clients and meet customer satisfaction Understand specifications for products for customer design assistance Create reports regarding the customer's visit and report to upper management Assist customer for technical issues including warranty Communicate with suppliers to receive the parts Other Duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.

Requirements

Entry level candidates are welcomed Strong communication and negotiation skills Able to communicate fluently in both written and verbal English Able to travel on short notice both domestic and regionally Able to work nights and weekends as requested Mechanical background is preferred but no required Hydraulic/pneumatic experience preferred Must have a Valid Driver's License This position will not support visa sponsorships This position will not support relocation costs This position includes manufacturing and office work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
