We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment and systems at client locations throughout Indiana. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on-site.
- Provide training and support to clients on equipment usage.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Travel to various client locations within Indiana.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical proficiency in equipment maintenance and repair.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience with electrical and mechanical systems preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent;technical certification or associate degree in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a field service role is advantageous.
