Western Idaho Cabinets is an Employee-Owned Company (ESOP) - ESOPs let employees accumulate company stock throughout their time at the company and receive its cash value once they leave or retire.

Western Idaho Cabinets is one of the largest cabinet manufacturers in the Treasure Valley. We have an immediate need for a " field service technician". This person is the last one in after the cabinet installer and right before the customer move's in. This job requires touching up and spot refinishing of areas onsite. In addition to finishing, this position also entails a lot of hands-on fixing and adjusting Cabinet Doors and Drawer Fronts.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Some experience in cabinet or furniture repair including working with stains and various finishes. Attention to detail & quality. They should have the ability to be resourceful in fixing and problem solving. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Must work well others in a team environment and with the public. Work well in a high volume, fast paced environment Manage multiple high priority tasks while still working quickly and efficiently Well-groomed and presentable. Must have possessed a valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years with a clean driving record and be insurable. Excellent attendance record and good work ethic Must pass a mandatory drug test before hired.
