As a Field Service Specialist, you'll leverage your technical skills to ensure the optimal performance of critical equipment, directly impacting client operations.
Individuals with backgrounds in fields such as HVAC, mechanics, maintenance, refrigeration, boiler systems, equipment repair, or automotive repair often excel in this role.
Responsibilities
Conduct troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on equipment, systems, and components. Independently manage your schedule to address customer and business needs, including PM performance, service calls, and equipment installations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as technical support and engineering, to escalate issues and implement solutions. Provide customers with clear information, pricing, and repair options to ensure satisfaction. Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth within your assigned territory. Offer support to various locations within your assigned territory, based on service agreements and customer demands.

Required Skills
High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years in a mechanical/technical role. Valid driver's license and ability to meet background and physical assessment requirements for vendor credentialing. Experience in customer and team engagement. Proficiency in written and verbal communication. Basic computer skills (MS Windows, email, mobile apps, data input).

Preferred Skills
Associate's degree or certifications in a technical/mechanical field. Familiarity with 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems. Experience with Boiler Troubleshooting. * Ability to adapt to flexible schedules, including potential overnights and early/late hours.
