Key Responsibilities
Meet gas recovery and buyback goals.
Build and maintain client base.
Partner with the sales and customer service teams to retain and attract new customers.
Provide leadership and coaching to Field Service Technicians.
Receive and respond to calls from customers regarding scheduling work, service issues, and resolving customer concerns.
Possess the technical ability and aptitude to complete service jobs as required (performing refrigerant recoveries).
Utilize Salesforce for customer management.
Uphold Safety to Standards.
Qualifications
Possess a college degree OR have 3+ years of relevant experience
Be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Must possess or have the ability to obtain the OSHA 10 certification within 90 days
Have the ability to obtain a CDL Class C with hazmat endorsement
Have the ability to obtain EPA universal certification within 14 days of employment
Be willing to work flexible hours - Be able to lift at least 50 pounds
Have intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft suites (including Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and Outlook)
Why A-Gas?
Pay will be commensurate with experience. The targeted annual salary is $80,000 - $95,000 depending on experience with a highly competitive commission plan. This role includes a company-provided truck with the necessary tools and equipment for success.
