Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our various industrial air filtration systems. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical installation, general knowledge of electrical installation and troubleshooting, and the ability to work with various customers in different settings. The Installation Technician will play a vital role in ensuring that all systems are operational and meet safety standards.

Installer Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols

- Ability to handle power tools and heavy equipment; measuring devices

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy equipment and heavy lifting exceeding 50 lbs

- Ability to ensure equipment is installed correctly according to specifications.

- Background in manufacturing or construction dealing with installing equipment.

- Must be able to travel and stay gone for extended periods of times

- Must be able to work weekends

- Must be able to provide MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Report)

Installer Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate strong background of job dependability

- Adhere to all safety requirements and safety protocol; Ensure job area is safe.

- Maintain professionalism in personal conduct and interaction with customers

- Ensure all equipment and parts are properly installed at every job

- Ensure that job area is clean and acceptable at customer site after installation is complete.

- Properly use and maintain all power tools, including inspection prior to use.

- Must be able to follow and adhere to supervisory instructions.

- Must be flexible to travel with minimum notice as set by the Scheduler and stay for extended periods of time, including weekends.

- Must be able to manage money distributed by the company for personal travel expenses.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 50 per week
