Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Coordinator to join our team in Puerto Rico. Based in San Juan, this role is vital in ensuring the seamless delivery of service and and support to our automation and mobility solutions, aligning with our company's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Coordinate field service activities to ensure timely installation, maintenance, and support of automation systems. Act as a primary point of contact between clients and technical teams to facilitate effective communication. Schedule service appointments and manage resource allocation efficiently. Coordinate troubleshoot technical issues on-site and provide solutions or escalate as necessary. Maintain detailed records of service activities and client interactions. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met. Assist in training coordination to clients on new systems and updates. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the service team.

Qualifications

Proven experience in field service coordination or related roles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Technical aptitude related to automation or data collection technologies is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with scheduling software or CRM tools preferred. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are advantageous.

Pay: $12.50 - $14.50 per hour
