Basic Function:





The Field Sales Support Lead plays a critical role in driving customer satisfaction through field-level service support and quality control initiatives. This position involves supporting the sales team with day-to-day duties including assisting with measurements, ensuring quality standards are met, coordinating with vendors, and supporting procurement updates. The role focuses on maintaining

high levels

of customer service through field operations, subcontractor oversight, and ensuring projects are completed to specifications.

Primary Role & Responsibilities





Client Communication


Distribute flooring samples to contractors and clients as required. Conduct on-site meetings with installers to address installation or product issues. Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders by providing clear communication and ensuring installs/projects stay on track.

Coordination with Operations


Work with administrative teams, contractors, and sales to ensure smooth install project execution. Problem-solve installation challenges in the field, ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly to maintain customer satisfaction. Facilitate communication with installers or property on behalf of Sales/Operations when applicable.

Service Order Initiation


Assist in Follow-Through & Loop closure of install Service orders/punch-list items to confirm successful final completion and client satisfaction.

Template Creation


Work with Measure Square (MSQ) for Measure request and cataloging.

Quality Assurance Inspections


Assist with quality control inspections, ensuring installations meet AFB standard requirements.



Qualifications:




High school diploma/GED preferred. Strong customer service experience, especially in field operations and customer-facing roles. Must have a valid Washington State driver's license and a clean DMV driver abstract. Ability to work on feet and handle materials up to 50 lbs. Moderate computer skills, proficient with MS Excel and basic operational software (Measure Square, etc.). Forklift certified (preferred but not required). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating attention to detail and teamwork. Flexibility in role execution, adjusting to shifting priorities and business needs. Driving is an essential job function



Physical/Sensory Requirements:




Ability to exert 20-50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10-25 pounds of force frequently. The employee is required to use hands and fingers for tasks and occasionally stand, walk, stoop, and reach. Exposure to warehouse environments and moving vehicles. Noise levels may vary from moderate to noisy. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects as part of the duties.
