We're now seeking a fearless, high-energy Field Sales Representative to help us expand our reach and bring our services to more clients across Arizona.

Position Summary

Your mission: hit the streets, build relationships, and close new contracts. You'll target property managers, construction companies, HOAs, tribal governments, and businesses that need serious security -- and you'll show them why Privateer is the only name worth trusting.

This is a boots-on-the-ground role. You'll be knocking on doors, calling decision-makers, presenting our solutions, and negotiating deals. It's not for the timid -- but the right person will write their own paycheck.

What You'll Do

Prospect and generate new B2B leads daily -- in person, online, and by phone

Present Privateer's services and proprietary tech to decision-makers

Negotiate contracts and close deals, working directly with company leadership

Follow up on leads, build long-term relationships, and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Track sales activity and meet monthly revenue goals

Represent the Privateer brand with professionalism, discipline, and confidence

Compensation

Base Salary: $2,000/month (guaranteed)
Commission: 5-8% of collected revenue from new contracts
Example: Close a $10,000/month security contract and earn $500-$800/month in commission
Bonuses: Additional bonuses for exceeding monthly revenue targets

Commission is paid on collected revenue only (not just signed contracts). If a client cancels or defaults, no commission is owed. Commissions apply to the initial contract term only, and payment requires active employment with the company.

Prior sales experience preferred (security industry a plus, not required)
