Role



Track: Setter ? Pipeline?owning Closer (promotion when you hit targets, not on a calendar)

Location: Cleveland, OH (field?based, local territory)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, normal business hours (50 hours a week)

What you'll do



- Canvass targeted commercial corridors; start conversations, qualify, and book on?site

estimates the same day when possible. Aim to set appointments within 72 hours to

maximize show rates.

- Run the "Rule of 100": 100 primary actions daily (doors, texts, calls, DMs, flyering) for 100

days to build unfair pipeline fast. Volume negates luck.

- BAMFAM every interaction: never leave a call without booking the next step on the spot.

- Speed + reminders: double?dial/text day 1, then taper; send 24/12/3?hour reminders; keep

replies short and fast.

- Keep a clean CRM: every door, convo, estimate, and job tracked in real time.

Results you own



Daily activity: 100+ primary actions and 15+ quality conversations.

Setter phase: 3 to 5 qualified estimates booked per day with <72?hour lead time. Show rate

and follow?up discipline per playbook (reminders, reschedules, BAMFAM).

Closer phase (post?promotion): personal pipeline, close rate, revenue booked, and

schedule fill for crews.

Compensation



$40,000-45,000 Base + uncapped commission

OTE: $75,000 - 100,000 when targets are hit (setter ? closer progression)

Requirements



Young, Hungry & Grit to be willing to grind and get after it

Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (field role).

Comfortable on your feet outdoors in Cleveland weather; you'll be moving.

Exceptional in person and on the phone; persistent with objections.

Organized and routine?driven; lives in the CRM.

Coachable--willing to copy the process before "adding your spin."

Nice to have



Prior field sales, canvassing, or home?services experience.

How you'll be measured (simple scorecard)



? Inputs: daily actions and conversations (Rule of 100).

? Throughputs: estimates booked inside 72 hours and show rate.

? Outputs: jobs won, revenue scheduled, clean CRM logs.

? Cadence: daily huddles, daily ride?alongs, and coaching--BAMFAM every step.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
