driven and analytical professional
to join our team. This is a unique hybrid role designed for a future leader who wants to master both
field sales and data strategy
. You will be essential in driving our growth by securing new business relationships and optimizing our entire marketing and prospecting process.

Your Financial Roadmap:
Year 1:
Base salary of
$50,000
with opportunity to earn commission and bonuses.
By Year 3:
Successful, licensed agents can expect to earn
$100,000+
in total compensation, with top performers growing substantially from there.
What You'll Do:
This role is split between field work (2-3 days/week) and strategic data analysis in the office.
Field Development & Client Relations:
Spend time on the road meeting with business owners, decision-makers, and managers in the trucking industry. Cultivate and nurture relationships, acting as the first point of contact to understand client operations and needs.
Data & Marketing Strategy:
Manage and optimize our prospecting data pipeline.
You will be responsible for
identifying high-potential leads
from our database and ensuring our
marketing efforts
(direct mail, email, etc.) are accurately tracked and measured using our custom-built in-house software. Your insights will directly inform our sales strategy.
Process Contribution:
We value fresh perspectives. Use your analytical skills to contribute new ideas and help evolve our sales and marketing processes for greater efficiency.
Who We're Looking For:
Required Education/Experience:
A minimum of an Associate's degree (A.A.) in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
Skills:
Proven ability to manage data, identify trends, and draw conclusions that lead to action.
Attitude:
Confident, persistent, and results-driven with a "go-getter" mentality and a hunger for learning.
Communication:
Highly effective communication skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to build rapport with all types of people.
Logistics/Trucking Experience:
Prior experience, coursework, or an understanding of the trucking, logistics, or transportation industry is a significant plus.
Other:
Willingness to travel, a current and valid US Driver's License, and strong organizational skills.
