We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Field Researcher for Dolphins to join our conservation and marine biology team. This role involves conducting in-depth field studies to observe, document, and analyze dolphin behavior and physiology in their natural habitats. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in marine life, animal physiology, and innovative research techniques, including quantum engineering applications. Responsibilities
Conduct field observations of dolphins in various marine environments using specialized equipment.
Collect data on dolphin behavior, communication, and physiological responses during field sessions.
Utilize advanced technology, including quantum sensors and imaging tools, to enhance data collection accuracy.
Analyze collected data to identify patterns and contribute to ongoing research projects.
Maintain detailed records of research activities, environmental conditions, and animal interactions.
Collaborate with team members to develop new methodologies for non-invasive animal monitoring.
Ensure all research activities comply with ethical standards and environmental regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marine Biology, Animal Physiology, Quantum Engineering, or related fields.
Prior experience working with marine mammals or conducting field research is preferred.
Strong understanding of animal physiology and behavior analysis techniques.
Familiarity with quantum engineering principles or experience applying advanced technology in biological research is a plus.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and navigate challenging terrains.
Excellent observational skills, attention to detail, and ability to record precise data accurately.
Willingness to travel frequently to remote marine locations for extended periods.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
