Field Operations Manager

As our Field Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission, coordinating and overseeing our on-the-ground efforts to deliver vital services to those in need. Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of Field Services and Dispatch, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our field operations
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to the community
Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, using data-driven insights to continuously improve our impact
Build and maintain strong relationships with Honolulu Police Department, Prosecuting Attorney's Office and other agencies to assure compliance with enforcement procedures
Manage budgets and resources effectively, maximizing the impact of every dollar spent
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies
Respond swiftly during a disaster and community emergencies with unexpected challenges in the field
Represent the Field Service department in meetings
Requirements:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams
Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Care for all animals humanely, safely and with compassion
Experience in people leadership and animal handling or behavior
Superb communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within our service area
Ability to work flexible hours based upon operational needs, including weekends and holidays
