As the Field Marketing Manager, you'll be a key leader in driving PlatCore's pipeline and revenue growth. You'll be responsible for developing and executing in-person and online marketing events to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts. The role is highly collaborative, working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align initiatives with overall business objectives. We're growing rapidly and looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to help scale our sales pipeline, drive significant revenue growth, and build lasting relationships with our customers. What You'll Do

Event Management: + Plan and execute a variety of in-person and virtual events, such as trade shows, conferences, roadshows, executive dinners, and webinars.
+ Manage end-to-end logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor contracts, budgets, promotional materials, and on-site execution.
+ Ensure the sales and marketing teams are aligned and focused on driving net new pipeline and revenue.



Integrated Campaign Management: + Continuously invent and deliver fully integrated campaigns that drive sales results.
+ Orchestrate multichannel campaigns, leveraging digital channels (email, social media, paid ads), content marketing, and public relations to maximize reach and engagement.
+ Support and execute account-based strategies and programs.



Sales Alignment & Support: + Partner deeply with sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives support and enhance sales efforts.
+ Collaborate on account-based marketing strategies, develop sales enablement materials, and participate in sales meetings to ensure seamless follow-up on leads.



Performance Analysis & Reporting: + Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of field marketing activities using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as registrations, attendance, MQL/SQL quality, pipeline influence, and ROI. Use data and insights to optimize future strategies.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: + 4-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years of B2B field marketing or event marketing experience in SaaS / enterprise software.
+ Strong campaign orchestration, message optimization, persona, and buying cycle experience are required.
+ Experience in evolving marketing programs based on performance data, feedback from sales, and understanding of the business.
+ Hands-on experience prioritizing running multiple initiatives, campaigns, and deliverables simultaneously.

Experience working in the ServiceNow ecosystem is preferred.

Other Requirements: + Proficient in MS Office and CRM applications (specifically HubSpot).
+ Ability to work remotely, with potential travel up to 25%.
+ Travel will include trade shows, customer sites, and company meetings as needed.
+ Must be U.S. citizen.
