Field Service Technicians

ready to start hands-on in the field and grow quickly into higher-paying leadership and administrative roles.

What You'll Do

Handle

2-3 work orders daily

(2-3 hours each) during business hours Work on everything from

structured cabling & low-voltage installs

to

PC repair, networking, and security systems

Earn

150% premium pay

for after-hours calls Document and submit work through online forms with precision Build strong performance ratings (98%+ is our benchmark) to accelerate advancement

What You'll Need (Basic Toolkit)

Reliable vehicle + smartphone (with hotspot + camera) Laptop with internet access Core toolset: Screwdriver bit set (hex, torx, security) Ratchet or cordless driver USB to DB9 adaptor + Cisco console cable 200'+ Cat5e plenum ethernet cable Toner/tester, RJ45/RJ11 ends + crimper 66 & 110 punch tool, fish rods, zip ties, tape Lineman's butt set
(We reimburse materials at local rates, and tool-sharing options are available.)
