Job Description
Shickel Corporation is seeking a motivated and dependable Installer to assist in the on-site installation of custom metal products, including fabricated assemblies, ornamental and miscellaneous metals, and structural steel in a variety of alloys. This hands-on position supports skilled tradespeople in the field and involves welding, mechanical, and rigging tasks in various work environments.

Note:
This position could requireweekly travel
to work at job sites throughout theDMV area.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation of fabricated metal assemblies and steel components at customer job sites Interpret basic blueprints and specifications to determine job requirements Perform layout work from blueprints on-site Set up and operate basic metal fabrication equipment Use forklifts, manlifts, and other construction equipment safely and effectively Assist in rigging and lifting operations Ensure all work meets customer quality expectations and specifications * Comply with all safety protocols, attend monthly safety meetings, and report any unsafe conditions or injuries immediately
