About the Role


We're looking for a Field Installation Technician to join our dynamic team. This hands-on position involves traveling to customer sites to install and maintain a variety of seating systems. If you enjoy working with your hands, problem-solving on-site, and being part of a close-knit, high-performance crew, this opportunity is for you.


Key Responsibilities

Install telescopic and fixed seating systems at customer locations Demolition of old bleachers and seating systems Read blueprints and follow detailed assembly instructions Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Travel nationwide for multi-day project installations Collaborate with team members and project leads on-site Represent the company professionally with customers Work overtime hours and occasional weekends as project demands

What We're Looking For

Previous construction, carpentry, or mechanical experience preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working at heights Willingness to travel extensively -- mostly within Michigan, but also to job sites across the U.S. and Canada Dependable work ethic and strong attention to detail Valid driver's license required; CDL a plus Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Compensation & Benefits
