Field Engineer

who's hands-on, detail-driven, and ready to power the future.

What You'll Do

Oversee day-to-day solar construction activities across Midwest sites

Ensure safety, quality, and contractor compliance on-site and remotely

Serve as the go-to field liaison between subcontractors, engineers, and project managers

Monitor construction progress, troubleshoot issues, and support project delivery

Lead QA/QC efforts and safety protocols, driving efficiency and accountability

Travel 30-50% to solar sites across Wisconsin and the Midwest

Who You Are

3+ years of experience in engineering, construction, or solar projects

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred

Strong communicator, self-starter, and team collaborator

Comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and field challenges

PMP Certification a plus | Valid driver's license required

Passion for renewable energy and field work -- not a desk-only job!

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
