Position Summary

The Part-Time/Fulltime Field Development Representative is responsible for supporting product placement, organization, and display setup at customer locations. This role ensures that merchandise is properly stocked, visually appealing, and aligned with company standards to support sales and customer satisfaction. The position is a flexible schedule

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Set up and maintain product displays at customer sites according to company/vendor standards. Restock shelves, rotate products, and ensure accurate product placement. Install promotional materials as directed. Ensure product presentation supports brand visibility and sales goals. Report stock issues, low inventory, or display concerns. Support promotional resets, product launches, and seasonal merchandise. Maintain organization and cleanliness in assigned areas. Collect feedback or observations from retail partners or clients regarding product performance or shelf presence.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow planograms and instructions. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive tasks such as standing, walking, and bending. Reliable transportation. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Retail experience Sales and Backroom operations experience a plus

Work Hours

Flexible Monday through Friday work schedule may vary, depending on locations. WEEKENDS OFF
