We are a local fruit farm looking for a reliable, dependent, and energetic person(s) to join our field crew. \xc2\xb7 Learn New Innovations in Horticulture \xc2\xb7 High Tech Tools and Equipment \xc2\xb7 Fun and fast paced working environment \xc2\xb7 Tasks change with the season \xc2\xb7 National Recognized Orchard and Leadership Duties will include, but not limited to, Horticulture Specialist (Pruning, Planting, Training, Mowing and Weeding) and Harvest Assistant. Our harvest season (Summer/Fall) is customer service oriented. All candidates must be willing and capable of customer interactions and dedication. Duties during harvest season will include some above tasks, along with transporting customers to and from our picking fields in one of our passenger shuttles, providing information about fruit varieties and what we are picking that day. Some experience is preferred but not needed. Candidates must be 18 + years old, have a valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation. Candidates absolutely must enjoy working with other people and have a good outgoing personality. Candidates should be of good health, be able to pick up 50lb and able to stand on their feet for long periods of time. The position is available immediately and is year-round position. Position would consist of 30-40 hours per week November \xe2\x80\x93 April and 40+ hours per week May - October. During harvest Weekends shifts will be required. Overtime pay is time and a half.
