Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee complex construction projects from start to finish. This pivotal role involves managing on-site operations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent supervisory skills, and proficiency with industry-standard tools. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be the driving force behind project execution, quality assurance, and team leadership, ensuring every phase of construction aligns with project plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

Lead daily on-site operations, supervising construction activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project schedules. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless workflow and communication across all phases of construction. Enforce project plans, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor daily progress and maintain detailed field reports and logs Lead daily safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance Resolve field conflicts and proactively address delays or issues Collaborate with the Project Team on schedule updates, RFIs, and change orders Conduct site walkthroughs with clients, inspectors, and stakeholders Ensure proper documentation of inspections, deliveries, and work completed Mentor and supervise field staff and laborers

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in commercial or industrial construction Proven ability to manage multi-trade crews and complex schedules Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes Proficient in reading blueprints, specifications, and project documentation Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) OSHA 30 certification preferred*
