Job Responsibilities:

As a Field Collections Representative, you will:

Travel to customers' homes to facilitate payment arrangements for past-due accounts. Retrieve Spectrum equipment, such as internet routers and modems, as needed.
This role is ideal for motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a desire to grow in a professional environment.

Field Collections Representative - Qualifications

Must have a

reliable vehicle

and

active auto insurance

Hold a

valid driver's license

Own a

working cell phone

for daily communication Demonstrate

strong customer service skills

Maintain clear and consistent communication with the

General Manager/Supervisor

Comply with all

federal, state, and local regulations

, including COVID-19 safety guidelines

$600-$800 per week
