Residential & Commercial Cleaner - Greenhouse Cleaners (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Location: Phoenix Metro / Entire Valley

Pay: $17-$19/hr + Gas Support Bonus + Supply Restock + Performance Bonuses

Greenhouse Cleaners is expanding rapidly with over 400 clients across the Valley. We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. You will help maintain clean, sanitary, and welcoming environments in homes, offices, and commercial spaces.

Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required--we provide full training. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy independence, and want consistent, reliable employment in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities/General Duties

Perform standard cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and wiping surfaces

Clean kitchens, restrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces to high hygiene standards Empty trash bins and replace liners regularly Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and ensure spaces remain presentable
Deep Cleaning & Specialty Tasks

Handle move-in/move-out cleanings, deep cleans, and Airbnb turnovers when scheduled Clean baseboards, interior cabinets, appliances, fixtures, and other detailing tasks Follow specific instructions based on client preferences or job notes
Travel & Client Visits

Drive your own vehicle to multiple client locations each day Arrive on time and communicate with management regarding schedule or delays Provide excellent customer service and represent Greenhouse Cleaners professionally
Safety & Communication

Follow safety protocols and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly Notify management when supplies are low (weekly restock provided) Report any damage, unusual conditions, or maintenance issues found in client homes
Requirements

Reliable transportation (your own car) and valid driver's license Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good time management skills Physical ability to bend, stand, lift 20-30 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks Dependable, punctual, and positive attitude Cleaning experience is a plus but not required
