This Entry-Level positions does not require any past experience! To help you get started, we also offer paid training.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Visit customer homes and businesses
- Perform routine pest control service protocols
- Operate and maintain service vehicle and equipment
Compensation includes:
- Paid training, including extensive field training and licensing
- Average tech pay is $3,300 per month
- 401k
- Monthly bonuses above salary
- Commissions for product sales
- Health Insurance
- Company vehicle provided once training is completed
- Paid uniforms and apparel
- As much as 15 days of PTO available year one, including holiday pay. PTO increases annually.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid drivers license and pass a motor vehicle record search.
- Must have the ability to walk, climb, stoop, reach, crawl, kneel, push, pull and lift a minimum of 50lbs.
