The employee works within a team environment to support the operations and procedures of the Internet/IT department. The employee performs installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting activities requiring use of standard protocols. This position qualifies as safety sensitive under PSC guidelines.

TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures KBPW customers are provided professional, courteous, and timely service and support.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair fiber optic system.
Completes fiber installations. Performs fiber splicing.
Develops internal and external communications and reports as needed.
Attends meetings and training as required by this position and/or the Chief Executive Officer.
Performs other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND OR WORKING ENVIRONMENTS:
Employee is subject to being on call twenty-four hours a day in case of emergencies.
LICENSING CERTIFICATIONS:
Driver's License
Basic Qualifications:
Employee typically has a high school diploma or equivalent.
