About the Role:

The Fiber Construction Project Manager will manage construction fiber builds from launch through placement. They will coordinate all interdepartmental teams that have tasks on the order and work with internal teams to ensure that any necessary tasks are updated and project remains on track.

What You'll Do:

Manage the end-to-end placement process. This includes coordination with the internal teams, management of OSP resources for timely completion of facility readiness, coordination with Local Ops, etc. Manage complex fiber builds, working closely with internal departments while building strong and healthy relationships to ensure continuity of workflow and attainment of our committed due dates and departmental goals.

Ability to follow-up and follow through with multiple tasks Strong individual worker with ability to also work as part of a team

Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, as well as a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest technological advancements A solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the telecommunications sector is highly beneficial Management of Contractor experience

Minimum Requirements:

College degree and 3-5 years professional level experience with 1+ years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or 7+ years professional level related experience with 1+ years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
