WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGTurf Health & Product Application

Apply fertilizers, weed control, and pest control products according to label and plan Identify turf problems like disease, compaction, or insect damage Mix and measure products accurately for safety and effectiveness

Route Management

Review your daily schedule and navigate your route efficiently Log services, recommendations, and property notes using our app Treat each property like it's your own--leave it looking sharp

Equipment & Safety

Operate ride-on spreaders, backpack sprayers, and other gear with care Perform pre-trip inspections and report any issues Follow all PPE and chemical handling safety procedures

Client Communication

Leave behind clear, helpful service notes after each visit Communicate turf issues or upsell opportunities to the team Be friendly and professional when speaking with clients on-site

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:

Landscape Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:

Driver's License (Preferred)
