Pay Rate $22.57/hour plus $1.10 shift differential totaling $23.67/hour

What You'll Do
As a Ferrule Team Member, you'll be part of our Industrial Fastners team located in Elyria OH. You'll get to:Set-up and operate jobs within capability of machine.
Make all necessary adjustments.
Regulate furnace temperature.
Inspect all tooling prior to setting up.
Correct clay mixture at blender whenever necessary.
Keep accurate production and operating information.
Pack ferrules.
Within the respective job description, responsible for box/container making, packaging (including weigh up, labeling, sealing, wrapping), transport and store in inventory location - and maintaining appropriate documents.
Make minor repairs on equipment and assist Maintenance department on major repairs.
Recommend changes or improvements in tooling when necessary.
Mix clay.
Frequently inspects work to ensure quality production.
Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized workspace. Follow all health and safety regulations.
Who You Are

2+ years' experience operating forklift
Basic computer skills, specifically with performing inventory transactions
Forklift certified or ability to successfully complete B&D approved forklift certification program
Physical Requirements:Ability to work in a manufacturing environment requiring the employee to stand and walk for majority of an 8 to 10-hour day.
Bend, lift product, equipment and tools up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
Push or pull product up to 200 pounds.
Use hand tools up to 20 pounds over extended periods of time.
