Duties
Measure and mark fence lines accurately to ensure proper installation
Use hand tools and power tools to install fence posts, panels, gates, and other fencing components
Perform heavy lifting of materials such as wood, metal, concrete blocks, and fencing supplies
Assist with framing carpentry tasks related to fence structures and landscape features
Conduct minor repairs or adjustments to existing fences to maintain quality standards
Follow safety protocols consistently while working on construction sites and handling equipment
Requirements
Prior experience in construction or carpentry is highly preferred; familiarity with frame carpentry is a plus
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively
Physical strength for heavy lifting and manual labor in various weather conditions
Knowledge of concrete forming, masonry, or landscape maintenance is advantageous
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical instructions accurately
Experience working on construction sites or in hardscape installation projects preferred
Willingness to learn new skills such as concrete finishing or masonry techniques
