Duties

Install wood, chain-link, vinyl, aluminum, and steel fencing systems Set posts using concrete, augers, and hand tools Measure and layout fence lines according to site plans and customer specifications Dig post holes manually or using equipment Build gates, hang hardware, and ensure proper alignment Load, unload, and organize materials on trucks and job sites Operate power tools, saws, tampers, augers, and skid-steers (if trained) Ensure each job site is clean, safe, and left in professional condition Communicate with crew leaders and customers as needed Follow all safety rules and company procedures Assist with repairs, adjustments, or warranty work when required

Qualifications

Previous fence installation or general construction experience preferred Ability to read tape measures and understand basic layout/measurements Strong physical stamina; able to lift 50-80 lbs and work outdoors daily Comfortable using power tools, post-hole diggers, saws, and fencing equipment Valid driver's license preferred; CDL is a plus Ability to work well in a team and follow direction from crew leader Good attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and grow within the company Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain) Professional appearance and respectful customer interaction
Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
