About the Opportunity

We are an industry leader seeking experienced Subcontractor Crews to complete fence installations across

Delaware and Maryland

. Work consists of building vinyl, aluminum, wood, and chain-link fences.

Year-round stable work (6 days/week available in summer, steady winter workload) Paid weekly - strong cash flow Consistent pipeline of projects (we pull permits, prep jobs, and supply materials)

We Provide

All fencing materials (including consumables) Equipment when necessary Jobs pulled, staged, and ready to load iPad with Installer App for project assignments and details Customer review-based performance bonuses Parking for your crew

Partnership with subcontractors who want long-term, stable work Crews that value character, professionalism, and accountability Capacity to handle 10-20 installations per month

Minimum Requirements

Valid Driver's License Proven fencing installation experience (wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum) Truck (F250 or equivalent) & trailer (8x20 deckover, 10k+ lbs capacity) Complete crew of 3+ with toolsMust carry liability insurance ($1MM), workers' comp, PFL, and STD insurance (must list us as additionally insured) Business must be in good standing

Compensation & Perks

Job Details

Job Type: Contract / Full-Time Schedule: 8-10 hour shifts, Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays in summer) Work Setting: In-person, on the road
