Valley Wide Springville is hiring a Sales Representative who blends customer care with disciplined follow-through. You'll be the first point of contact for prospects and customers, guiding them through estimates, order creation, and scheduling. You'll manage a steady appointment pipeline, coordinate basic project details, and pitch in on collections with tact and professionalism.
Expect a mix of phone, in-person, and event-based work (home shows as needed). This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role for someone who is collaborative, self-driven, and serious about great service.
Schedule & Perks:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with some weekends for home shows. Full benefits, 401(k), and a company car for work use.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver responsive, high-quality customer service
Create accurate estimates and orders; track revisions
Set and confirm sales appointments; keep calendars current
Coordinate basic project details and handoffs
Assist in collections with clear, professional communication
Represent the brand at home shows and community events
Knowledge and Skills
Proven customer service and relationship-building skills
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable owning a pipeline
Strong written/verbal communication; professional phone etiquette
Experience with estimating and order entry (we'll train on our process)
Basic project coordination (scheduling, follow-ups, status updates)
CRM proficiency and solid attention to detail with documentation
Reliable time management; meets deadlines and follows through
Valid driver's license; comfortable driving a company vehicle
Willingness to work selected weekends for home shows

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
