Impact

The
Fellow Technical Advisor
serves as a senior-most subject matter expert providing
strategic project, technical, and operational advisory support
across complex nuclear missions. This role directly strengthens SRNS project execution, leadership effectiveness, and regulatory compliance for high-visibility DOE/NNSA programs, including plutonium and SRTE-supported facilities.
Responsibilities and Duties

Provide expert advisory support in
project execution, scheduling, estimating, planning, and strategic planning
Conduct
organizational and project leadership assessments
and interface with
NNSA Headquarters
as required
Mentor project/program managers and project controls personnel in:
DOE O 413.3B implementation
EVMS application and certification
Independent Project Reviews (IPRs) and Annual Project Reviews (APRs)
Lead and/or participate in major project reviews, including:
Contractor red/green team reviews
IPRs, APRs, ICEs
Preliminary and final design reviews
CD-3x package development and submittals
Provide consultation on
nuclear facility operations
, including multi-shift operations, acquisition/operability/constructability, waste management, and radiological operations
Advise senior management on integrated team structures, mission objectives, and performance evaluation
Provide oversight of support operations across multiple projects and organizations
Develop and deliver
training programs
for project management and project controls personnel
Prepare briefings, assessments, and recommendations for SRNS and DOE/NNSA leadership
