Responsibilities



Earn $17-$21 per hour based on experience (paid weekly)



Overtime after 40 hours



Monday-Saturday, 7:00 AM start time



Operate automated feed mill equipment, including grinders, mixers, and conveyors



Receive incoming ingredients and follow all quality assurance and biosecurity procedures



Mix ingredients according to feed formulation plans



Use Excel to input and track production data, inventory, and usage



Maintain accurate production and traceability records



Perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting on mill machinery



Maintain a clean and safe mill environment; assist with rodent-control activities



Communicate effectively with team members -- must be bilingual (English/Spanish)



Work with management to ensure feed meets poultry production needs



Requirements



0-12 months of feed mill, production, or factory experience preferred



Bilingual (English/Spanish) required



Basic computer skills, including Excel



Ability to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and physical labor in a mill setting



Must pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
