Job Description

PDT, Inc is hiring a Full-Time FedEx CDL A Driver for Nightly Linehaul Runs out of Waycross, GA.

Route Details:

Home Daily --

run nightly

PM/overnight

routes, dispatching between 5pm-10pm, and be home during the day

Full-Time

, 5-day or 6-day work week (one weekend day required; availability for both preferred)

No Touch Freight

- drop & hook only 450-500 miles per night (~2800 miles per week), completing one of three dedicated routes: Marietta / Ellenwood in Atlanta or a double-turn to Savannah

Solo Driving Rates:

0-5 Months tenure 52 CPM + Safe Performance 10 CPM =

62 CPM

6-11 Months tenure 55 CPM + Safe Performance 10 CPM =

65 CPM

12+ Months tenure 57 CPM + Safe Performance 10 CPM =

67 CPM

Minimum Requirements:

Must be

21 years of age or older

Valid CDL Class A with

Doubles/Triples endorsement

(we will train qualified drivers new to pulling doubles - endorsement must be obtained before your first day)*

Experience:

12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years

OR

5 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 10 years Clean driving record -

no more than 2 combined tickets/accidents in the last 3 years

Ability to pass background check, MVR, drug/alcohol screening, and DOT physical

Job Responsibilities:

Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations Maintain equipment in safe operating condition Deliver outstanding customer service Participate in continuous safety training
