Responsibilities

Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles with manual transmission to deliver packages along assigned routes. Load and unload shipments efficiently ensuring proper handling of goods. Provide excellent customer service by greeting recipients professionally, answering questions, and ensuring package security upon delivery. Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery confirmation records throughout your shift. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries and report any issues promptly.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles is preferred. Prior delivery driver experience or courier background is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients during deliveries. Ability to lift heavy packages repeatedly throughout the day and perform manual lifting safely. Warehouse experience including load & unload procedures is advantageous.
