Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and professional FedEx Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely delivering packages to customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient delivery routes. This role requires a strong focus on safety, timely deliveries, and representing the company positively in every interaction.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a box truck or commercial vehicle to deliver packages across assigned routes Load and unload packages using manual handling techniques Ensure accurate loading and unloading of shipments to prevent damage or loss Follow designated delivery routes and schedules efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries Obtain signatures or proof of delivery as required Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle and delivery equipment Report any vehicle issues or delivery discrepancies to management promptly

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, preferably with DOT driver certification or experience in commercial driving Prior experience as a courier, delivery driver, or warehouse worker is preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving of packages safely Knowledge of route driving and navigation skills for efficient deliveries Strong customer service skills with professional communication abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physical stamina to handle long periods of driving and manual handling tasks
