As a Delivery Driver at FedEx, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to our customers. This position is essential to our operations, contributing directly to our mission of providing reliable service while maintaining the highest standards of safety.

Responsibilities

Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to designated locations. Plan and follow efficient routes for timely deliveries. Load and unload packages from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery status. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during operations. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role. Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) regularly. Familiarity with route planning tools or GPS systems. Strong communication skills for customer interactions. Experience driving box trucks or commercial vehicles preferred.
