FULL-TIME, PART-TIME AND WEEKEND DRIVERS NEEDED! (5 to 6 days per week or 2 to 4-days per week. We are flexible)

Wrenco Logistics in Central AR partners with FedEx Ground to deliver packages effectively and efficiently to business and residential customers. Due to exponential industry growth, we have an immediate need for multiple energetic Delivery Drivers-Part Time or Full Time.

Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures and transportation laws is a must. Also, being good-natured, flexible, and adaptable to last minute changes in schedules and routes is important.

Primary duties/responsibilities:

Loading, transporting and accurately delivering packages in a safe and timely manner Adhering to assigned routes and following pickup and delivery deadline windows Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a SAFE driving record Operating and being aware of necessary maintenance for one or more of the following vehicles: Step van or box truck (included but not limited to fueling the vehicle) Inspecting the vehicle before departing and reporting any potential maintenance issues Utilizing tools such as navigation and scanner (package delivery/tracking software) Lifting and handling packages weighing up to 150 pounds Inspecting and organizing orders prior to leaving the terminal for daily route Communicating throughout the day with management and updating delivery schedule as necessary

Minimum job requirements:

Clean driving record in Arkansas and elsewhere Pass state and federal background check Valid driver's license 21 years of age or older At least one year of driving experience, including Uber, Lyft, Door Dash Pass the Wrenco Logistics' driving test.

Upon hiring:

Attain a DOT (Department of Transportation) Medical Card Pass a drug test as part of hiring process and randomly during employment (random tests are conducted on ongoing basis) Successful completion of our in-house safety qualifications class Additional skills that would add to success in position: Prior package delivery or other driving experience Commercial vehicle driving experience Strong people skills for interaction with customers and co-workers Strong organizational skills Familiarity with the Conway, AR, and surrounding metro area

Benefits:

If employee is full time and works more than 32 hours/week, Wrenco Logistics provides healthcare, dental and vision plan options approximately 60 days after the start date of employment. Employees are eligible for these benefits on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. For healthcare, employees and Wrenco Logistics share the cost of coverage and for dental and vision, the employee pays but it's at a discounted group rate.

Paid Weekly FedEx Contractor with Conway city routes--dispatch from Mabelvale, AR terminal. Starting pay $130 to $150 per day with FedEx and Ground Cloud experience Bonus Opportunities available Health/Vision/Dental Insurance after 60 days of employment (low deductibles!) Paid Training

Hours:

Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday

7:30 AM to delivery completion around 4:30 PM

Pay: $33,600.00 - $45,500.00 per year
