We are seeking a reliable and professional FEDEX Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves delivering packages efficiently and safely to customers while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial driving, warehouse operations, and handling various delivery equipment. Responsibilities
Safely operate box trucks and other delivery vehicles, including manual transmission models, to complete daily routes.
Load and unload packages using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling of all items.
Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers following designated routes and schedules.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and ensuring package security upon delivery.
Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection records.
Assist with warehouse duties such as sorting, organizing, and preparing shipments for delivery.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure safety and compliance.
Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with FEDEX or similar logistics companies.
Experience operating box trucks and familiarity with route driving in various environments.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving of packages safely and efficiently.
Warehouse experience including the use of forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling equipment is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Knowledge of safety procedures related to commercial driving and package handling.
Ability to work independently, follow detailed routes, and adapt to changing schedules or routes as needed.

Pay: $21.00 - $28.36 per hour
