Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional FedEx Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves safely delivering packages to customers, ensuring excellent service, and maintaining efficient route operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivery driving, customer service, and warehouse logistics, with the ability to handle physical tasks associated with package handling and vehicle operation.

Duties

Safely operate a box truck or courier vehicle to deliver packages along designated routes Load and unload packages using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks when necessary Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments to residential and commercial addresses Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures when required Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle at all times Assist with warehouse tasks including loading, moving, and organizing packages as needed Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety on the road Manage route driving efficiently to maximize productivity while adhering to schedules

Requirements

oooooMUST HAVE DELIVERY DRIVER EXPERIENCE oooooo

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, preferably driver or similar commercial license Prior experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in warehouse logistics preferred Experience operating box trucks, manual transmission vehicles, forklifts, or pallet jacks is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically move packages of varying weights safely Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor Knowledge of route driving best practices and safety procedures Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physical stamina to handle long periods of driving and package handling tasks Reliable transportation for daily work shifts and route coverage

Pay: $21.00 - $21.50 per hour
