Our consists of 150+ designers, developers, data scientists and creatives who collaborate to help agencies implement transformative change and sustainable improvements across complex programs serving diverse audiences. You Are:
A creative problem solver and digital product designer, skilled in the team sport of crafting solutions that are smart, simple and lovable. The Work:

Lead design teams for a variety of projects within integrated, cross-functional teams under the guidance of the Design Directors

Mentor design team members and encouraging their growth and creative development, applying Human Centered Design principles.

Identify new tools and processes to help evolve the capabilities of the team

Provide feedback on design team for yearly reviews and finding opportunities for their creative development and improvement of technical capabilities

Lead integration of the design team\xe2\x80\x99s process seamlessly within agile environments and teams for co-design, collaboration, and shared ownership of product and customer outcomes.

Coach clients and stakeholders in the mindsets and processes of great UX design, from testing to solutioning, to collaborate with, guide, and empower them in the process.

Here\'s what you need:

5\xe2\x80\x938+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience delivering interface design solutions for various clients or stakeholders.

Demonstrate strong ability to lead teams of others to successful outcomes, guide complex projects, and manage diverse systems of stakeholders toward business outcomes in design.

Demonstrate strong ability working across relevant professional design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (with an emphasis on XD), Sketch, InVision, and more, as well as scrappy tools like paper and slides.

Demonstrate exemplary application of wireframing and prototyping principles. Guide the creation of concept sketches, static wireframes, annotated wireframes, platform-built prototypes, code-built prototypes. Work fluently with content and or code as relevant. Support the management of timeline and workflow on cross functional teams.

Demonstrate an expert ability to guide human centered design processes that span all project phases. Expertly apply complex user interface & interaction design principles.

Define & guide the planning, execution, & synthesis of user research and/ or user testing. Ensure research translates into meaningful ideation and actionable recommendations.

Guide persona, archetype, or mindset development, user journey/flow creation, and task analysis, with expert experience.

Demonstrate ability to drive information architecture development for complex products to create protocol for guiding users through card sorts or testing.

Demonstrate have advanced experience with usability testing.

Lead and facilitate collaborative workshops to drive alignment and or innovation. Teach a range of methods for co-creation. Translate inputs into meaningful outcomes.

Demonstrated written, oral, presentation + time and task management skills

Ability to provide clear, articulate rationale for design choices and approach.

Demonstrated expertise with Agile methodology. Ability to work in iterative product design cycles and to integrate design within agile mindsets, processes, and teams.

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree.

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role

California: $122,600 - $198,800

Colorado: $122,600 - $171,700

New York City: $141,800 - $198,800

Washington: $130,500 - $182,800
