Pay:

Base $18.00/hr. - Up to $22.25/hr.

Plus Tips:

Earn tips averaging up to an additional $2.25 per hour.

Schedule:

Full-time. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Your Role as a Leader:

We're looking for an Assistant General Manager to partner with our GM, drive daily operations, and help make our Five Guys a top spot for customers and our crew. This isn't a desk job--you'll be on the floor, running great shifts, mentoring staff, and making sure every shift is a success.

You'll be responsible for developing the crew by providing hands-on training and feedback, ensuring everyone can confidently work every station. You'll also manage schedules, oversee inventory, and act as a problem-solver for guests and team members, creating a positive and efficient environment.

What We're Looking For:

At least two years of restaurant management experience. A hands-on leader who knows how to hustle and inspire a team. Authorized to work in the US.
